Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for standard Kaya Yan catalog items, including shirts printed after you order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email support@kayayan.shop with your order number and reason for the request. If approved, we will send return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without authorization.

Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind or size. For a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with clear photos so we can arrange a resolution at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Sale items, gift cards, and items personalized to your specifications are final sale unless defective or required otherwise by law. Standard catalog artwork is not considered personalized merely because it is printed on demand.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was defective or incorrect. For a different size or design, request a return and place a new order; availability is not reserved.
