Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email support@kayayan.shop with your order number and reason for the request. If approved, we will send return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless defective or required otherwise by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was defective or incorrect.
