Shipping policy

Orders are produced on demand. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipment.

Kaya Yan currently ships within the United States only. Available shipping methods, estimated transit times, and charges are shown at checkout. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact orders@kayayan.shop as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once production or shipment begins, changes may not be possible.
